Submit holiday & absence requests
Holiday and absence requests can be made using the calendar functionality giving employees access to potential conflicts at the same time. Easy access to an employee's holiday summary will ensure the employee is kept up-to-date with what has been used and what is owed.
Add timesheets & overtime
Timesheets and overtime submissions are made easily by dragging and drawing the correct time on the calendar. Details of the time worked, the rate and the reason for the time submission is automatically sent to the designated manager for approval.
Tools to help manage absence
Employees can track their absences in real time. Turn on the Bradford Factor to allow employees to see their score every time they log in to their portal. When they take time off, the reason as well as the number of days taken, is shown on the employee summary screen.
Specific documents, payslips, training plans, employee handbooks or any general documents an employee has been given permission to see, can be read in the ESS document section.
Claim expenses and upload receipts
Employee travel and expense transactions are automated and streamlined using the online expense form. Once an expense category has been selected, a cost centre chosen, the value included and the receipt uploaded, the expense submission is sent automatically to the designated manager for approval.
